VXI's 2-Year Unlimited Warranty covers every type of failure including fair wear-and- tear and user abuse.

Managers who value efficiency will also enjoy the versatility that the FREE Set Tracker facility on VXI's website offers. Set Tracker allows managers to enter warranty registrations, assign headsets to particular users and keep track of their headsets whether they're in or out of warranty.

Whichever way you look at it, VXI headset users have the advantage.

VXI PASSPORT LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. If your VXI headset or amplifier fails to work for any reason during the first two years from the date of purchase as shown by the purchaser's warranty registration, VXI/Starbase Telecoms will repair or replace the headset or amplifier, at its election, free of charge. Without warranty registration, the warranty period begins on the date of manufacture. All products returned to VXI/Starbase Telecoms after the two-year warranty period will be repaired as out-of-warranty products, and the purchaser will be billed for such repairs pursuant to the out-of-warranty repair provisions set forth below.

  2. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties and the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you.

  1. In no event shall VXI be responsible for any other damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or otherwise for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied.

  2. Products returned to Starbase Telecoms for warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, within five (5) business days of Starbase's receipt of payment.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Starbase Telecoms will repair out-of-warranty headsets or amplifiers for such charges as may be applicable as of the date of receipt by Starbase. Out-of-warranty repairs are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days.

Contoured, streamlined strain relief specifically designed to eliminate microphone wire failure. Tested to 250 000 cycles

Concave receiver and ear cushion are ergonomically designed for increased comfort, reduced wearer fatigue and improved sound quality.

The quick connect can either be paired with a GN Netcom, Plantronics or VXI bottom cable
